Accessing an Issue

All of the issues of the Bulletin including those published prior to March 1993, when electronic distribution of the Bulletin began, are available here. To access an issue of the desired format, just click on the appropriate link below. There are three (3) publication links for most issues that provide access to the entire issue for most issues up to 2013. They are
  • PDF (PDF) : Most members will find the PDF version of an issue to be the appropriate choice. The Acrobat Reader is freely available and easy to install, and its display is very readable. PDF is also quite compact compared with postscript.
  • Postscript (letter): United States members preferring postscript may find the letter version appropriate, as postscript printers in the U.S.A. are frequently are not set up to print A4 size documents.
  • Postscript (A4): International members preferring postscript may find the A4 version appropriate, as postscript printers outside of the U.S.A. are frequently not set up to print letter size documents.

For issues from 1998, the table of contents for the issue, together with links to each article as a separate postscript or pdf file, can be accessed by clicking on the hyperlink issue name. Currently, only issues from March, 1998 onward are in this form.
